Is it hard to say no?
Are you always doing things for other people and feeling tired and resentful?
Or are you feeling being taken advantage of?
Are you afraid to rock the boat or stir up trouble?
Do you do things so people don’t dislike or criticise you?
Do you ever wonder what you would do if you didn’t have to care for others so much?
Is it easier to go along with others than what you want?
Do you wish you could be rescued and whisked away from your situation?
Do you try and try to make everyone happy and get along?
